Step-by-step

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, onion, carrot and pineapple to ensure the vegetables and fruit are evenly incorporated.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise and the Cajun seasoning, ensuring that it coats everything well.
  3. Garnish with the thin slices of chilli and the chopped coriander.
