Grilled mahi mahi with pineapple salsa recipe

Step-by-step

  1. Combine the pineapple, red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  3. Add the vinegar, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir well, taste, and add more salt if needed.
  4. Prepare your grill. Coat the fish with olive oil and season with pepper. Place on hot grill. Let cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fish is opaque. Top with pineapple salsa and serve.
