Lynette Rohrer Shirk

Lynette Rohrer Shirk (Flower Mound, TX) is a classically trained chef from the California Culinary Academy's Professional Chef Program. She has worked in Wolfgang Puck's Postrio and Masa's and has cooked at the James Beard House in New York City. Ms. Shirk is the author of The Everythingr Classic Recipes Book and The Everythingr Tapas and Small Plates Cookbook.
