Spitfires over Kent cocktail recipe
Nick Strangeway, award winning cocktail mixologist, shows us a new variation of the classic Aviation cocktail. The base is Beefeater gin but the secret ingredients include home made sloe gin and a very traditional Crème de Violette liqueur to finish of the elegant drink.

- 20 ml Sloe Gin
- 20 ml Beefeater Gin
- 20 ml lemon Juice
- 10 ml creme de Violette
- 5 ml Maraschino
- 0.7 fl oz Sloe Gin
- 0.7 fl oz Beefeater Gin
- 0.7 fl oz lemon Juice
- 0.4 fl oz creme de Violette
- 0.2 fl oz Maraschino
- 0.1 cup Sloe Gin
- 0.1 cup Beefeater Gin
- 0.1 cup lemon Juice
- 0 cup creme de Violette
- 0 cup Maraschino
