English Garden cocktail recipe

English Garden cocktail recipe

This cocktail recipe was created by Lydia Levine for her book Cosmic Cocktails: A Guide to the Mixology of Astrology.

Lydia says: "This long drink is designed to bring all of the fresh beauty of a summer garden inside and into your glass. The perfect nectar for nature-loving Capricorn moons."

Simon Ward, loveFOOD Managing Editor and Capricorn, says: "I didn't know Capricorns were renowned as nature lovers, but I definitely love the great outdoors, particularly where I live near the South Downs. This dangerously refreshing drink brings to mind manicured lawns and warm sunshine. Definitely one for long summer days."
