Tristan Welch

Tristan Welch's culinary career began 15 years ago in London working as a commis chef, although his passion for food originated from gardening with his dad and cooking in the kitchen with his mum. Tristan has travelled to Paris and Scotland, worked with some great chefs in great restaurants and earned prestigious awards; all the while refining his skills and nourishing his love of cooking. His first Head Chef position was at two Michelin-starred Petrus in 2005 and he is now Head Chef at his own restaurant, Launceston Place in London where he uses produce sourced from the UK to create a modern British menu.
