Lotte Duncan is a cook, broadcaster and writer and is recognised as a leading authority on English cooking. She started out presenting three of her own cookery series for Carlton; Simply Puddings, Feast Days and Holidays and Quick Cooks. Lotte has also made numerous television appearances including; UKTV Food's Great Food Live, BBC's Countryfile: Summer Diaries and Castle in the Country as well as ITV1's Heart of the Country and Dial a Mum. As a self professed foodie, Lotte has her own cookery school in Buckinghamshire, has recently started a blog entitled 'Kitchen Chronicles' and her first cookery book, 'Lotte's Country Kitchen', was released summer 2010.
