Denis Cotter was born and raised in Macroom, Co. Cork. In 1993 he established the now world-renowned Cafe Paradiso and has written five cookbooks. Denis is famous for his inventive approach to vegetarian cooking and in his latest book, For the Love of Food, the recipes inspire cooks everywhere no matter what your taste or skill level.
