Andy Appleton

Head Chef at Fifteen Cornwall, Andy's strength lies in rustic Italian food that focuses on substance over style. His recipes are accessible and easy to recreate at home. His pasta recipes have won awards and most recently he's been creating dishes with Cornish grown durum wheat pasta. Andy also put together a 100% Cornish menu that ran for a month to highlight the depth of produce available in the county. He's been part of Fifteen family for the past 8 years having worked with Jamie Oliver when the original London Fifteen launched. The restaurant is dedicated to using and promoting 80 per cent of its sourced ingredients from Cornwall. The menu is seasonal and changes every service, with the restaurant serving over 400,000 diners.
