Henry Dimbleby

Henry Dimbleby is the co-owner of Leon restaurants, founded on the twin principles that food can both Taste Good and Do You Good. When Henry, John Vincent and Allegra McEvedy opened their first restaurant, on London's Carnaby Street, their aim was to change the face of fast food. Six months after opening, Leon was named the Best New Restaurant in Great Britain at the Observer Food Monthly Awards. There are now nine restaurants serving over 50,000 people a week. Henry grew up in a foodie household (his mother is the cookery writer Josceline Dimbleby) and after University, he did a stint under the great Bruno Loubet. Food is his first love and many of the recipes in the latest Leon Book 2 are his. www.leonrestaurants.co.uk
