Martin Baker

Before recently moving to Ston Easton Park in Somerset, Martin Baker had built up over 25 years of catering experience. His passion lies within his involvement in chef events and working with the next generation of chefs learning the trade at the local schools and colleges. His style is modern and classic but he’s am always looking for new ways in which he can include emerging styles and techniques in his cuisine. Having worked with Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay and Stuart Cameron, Martin loves being able to share my skills and experience with his team at The Sorrel Restaurant near Bristol.
