Tom Langdon

Tom Langdon is the Head Chef at The Garrison on Bermondsey Street, London. Chef Langdon now oversees the menus for the 62 cover dining room and 25 cover subterranean private dining and cinema room. Adopting an increasingly contemporary British farm-to-table approach to the food offer, Langdon has evolved the restaurants’ current food offer, while continuing in its commitment to thoughtfully sourced, high quality and honest food. Langdon joined The Garrison following experience working as Chef de Partie at The Savoy, Chef de Partie at Bord’eaux & JW Steakhouse at the Grosvenor House, Junior Sous Chef at The Gun, ETM group, and most recently Head Chef at The Red Lion (Antics Pub Group).
