Sean Davies

In September 2012, Sean Davies launched The Factory House as Executive Chef. Previous to that, he was Executive Chef at Tate Enterprises LTD, responsible for restaurants in Tate modern, Tate Britain, Tate St Ives, Tate Liverpool. He was also Director of Food at Le Palais Du Jardin restaurant, Covent Garden. Sean has also judged MasterChef on several occasions.
