The thing that I love about Easter is that there is no set main meal, as with Christmas or Thanksgiving. We always try to do something original, experiment with recipes that we may have seen on Lovefood or other food webs. One consistent pleasure at Easter time is the egg-dying for the children (and adults). White shelled eggs from M&S. The children have a wonderful time creating while munching on their dessert, usually a cake with an Easter theme. The cake is the other consistency with our Easter celebration other than an original blessing, usually provided by the hostess.
