Stone fruit smoothie recipe

Stone fruit smoothie recipe

"Summer is stone fruit season, and the family includes apricots, cherries, peaches, nectarines, and plums. A simple and delicious way to utilize some favorites is in this remarkably delicious smoothie. Nectarines are rich in vitamin C, which makes skin glow and increases elasticity for better tone.

Cherries are full of antioxidants that protect the heart and ensure healthy cholesterol levels. The addition of walnuts provides omega-3 fatty acids that boost brain health, and avocado supports hormone regulation and healthy digestion. It’s not too shabby of a nutrient lineup for such a creamy, sweet, and scrumptious treat!"
