Lamb and feta burgers recipe

Ingredients
  • 450 g (15.9oz) lamb mince
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 75 g (2.6oz) feta, crumbled
  • 1 cup guacamole

Step-by-step

  1. In a bowl mix together lamb mince, fresh mint, black pepper and feta. Combine well together.
  2. Shape into six medium sized burgers and cook under a preheated grill or BBQ for approx 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Serve in toasted ciabatta rolls with a dollop of guacamole, large seasonal salad and a side dish of olives.
