Savoury custard recipe

Savoury custard recipe

This savoury custard is a great dish for non meat-eaters and was inspired by a quiche crossed with a souffle.  Rather than making pastry for the base of a quiche we tried it with soda bread.  The result was fantastic and it is much quicker to prepare than quiche
