Go online and it will tell you all about the farms and farmers. Chicken comes from Stuart Perkins at Castlemead farm in Somerset and pork is supplied by Simon Price in Sidbury, Devon.
You can subscribe to a regular delivery service or receive a one-off delivery.

With tonnes of awards for its meat and ready-made food, and free local delivery, S. Collins & Son is a no-brainer for people who live in the Glasgow area.
Meat is packed in a cool box and delivered in a refrigerated van. It's guaranteed to stay fresh for three days and is freezable. There's no subscription service.

The whole of the UK. Select a date and delivery is usually the afternoon. You can give the driver directions on where to leave it.

One of the largest butchers in the country, Donald Russell delivers across the whole of the UK. It freezes its meat at extremely low temperatures at the height of maturity, so it can arrive at your door in good quality and go straight in the freezer.

It delivers to any UK address. You can choose a delivery day but not a time slot, however if you’re not in, tell them a safe place to leave it.

Douglas Willis
A family-owned business since 1940, Douglas Willis is a meat producer and butcher based in South Wales. Its Welsh Black, Hereford and Charolais cattle come from free-range farms in the Usk Valley and meat is matured naturally for 28 days.
Items are then vacuum sealed and delivered in cool boxes. It doesn't offer a subscription service.

What can I buy?
Welsh 28-day matured, grass-fed beef. Welsh lamb and pork. Yorkshire chicken.

A medium hamper costs £50 and contains mince beef, chicken, sausages, a leg of pork, bacon, two rump steaks and chicken thighs.
Delivery is £4.95 for orders under £70 and free for over. Saturday is £25.
Farmison
This Yorkshire-based butcher sells British heritage beef, lamb, mutton and pork. It believes heritage meat is superior in taste and by popularising native breeds they will be preserved.
Absolutely everything from Farmison is free-range, from its chickens which run loose on a North York Moors farm and are herb-fed, to its Dexter, Longhorn and Highland cattle which graze freely in fields.
