Stir-fried pork recipe

Step-by-step

  1. For the soy and honey pork: Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and fry for one minute, then add pork and stir-fry until golden brown all over.
  2. For the soy and honey pork: Drizzle over the soy sauce, honey, lime zest and juice plus a splash of boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Set aside.
  3. For the broccoli: Place the broccoli into a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain well and stir into the pan with the pork, then add the grated goats' cheese, lemon zest and chilli flakes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Pile the stir-fried pork and broccoli on to a serving plate and serve.
