"The best chicken joint in every state"

I am from Indiana and I have to laugh (very loudly, I might add), every time I read one of the "best" articles. You have obviously never had fried chicken from anywhere in Southeastern Indiana or you would not somehow claim that the "best" fried chicken somehow comes from Indianapolis. Why do you even write article like this?
