Josceline Dimbleby

Josceline Dimbleby is one of our most successful and creative cookery authors. Although she originally trained as a singer, Josceline has always been an avid writer with a passion for food, and her career as a food writer blossomed rapidly. She has written 24 books, including the first cookery books to be sold in Sainsbury's stores, sales of which exceed 2 million copies. For over 15 years Josceline was food columnist for the Sunday Telegraph and she has contributed to various magazines and other newspapers. Josceline has also featured on numerous food and travel programmes on BBC radio, BBC television and ITV.
