Rocco Loosbrock

Rocco Loosbrock and his wife Yaneth started their business in 2001 with the simple idea that food should be fun and shared with family and friends. At an early age, Rocco was often in the kitchen with his Italian mother, Maria, baking bread and enjoying his family’s very loud and opinionated conversations. In 1992, at the age of 19, Rocco joined the United States Army as a medic and served for four years, during which time he met his lovely wife and best friend. They have been married for 22 years and have two amazing children, Nalonie and Jimmy. After leaving the military, Rocco worked at a local bank while attending classes and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management at Azusa Pacific University. During this time, he worked with small business owners and set a goal to one day own his own business, hoping it could involve his fill of wine. Soon Rocco was pairing swine with wine, and their business was born. Rocco spends most of his time woodworking, cooking, and honing his green thumb for fresh ingredients for his kitchen. He enjoys cooking for his family and his friends. His wife just loves when he pretends he is on a TV show talking about food prep and adding anecdotal tidbits about his day.
