Alyn Williams

Alyn Williams is a significant `new' culinary face in central London since he launched his eponymous restaurant in autumn 2011 which has recently been awarded a Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes. Having worked as head chef with Marcus Wareing for several years, he has now embarked on this stylish independent venture at The Westbury Hotel in the heart of Mayfair.
