Amy-Beth Ellice is 17 years old and has grown up in a creative family in a small village in Essex. She has had a passion for cooking and baking from an exceptionally young age inspired by her mum Gillian, and has been baking homemade cakes and treats for special occasions since she was tiny. Over the past few years, Amy has received a large number of orders for her special cupcakes and decorated cakes, including tiered wedding cakes, and her recipes were published in the Sunday Express newspaper when she was just 14. At the age of 16, Amy had her first cookbook, Amy’s Baking Year, published by John Blake Publishers.
