MICH TURNER trained as a Food Scientist and was Patisserie Buyer at Harvey Nichols before founding Little Venice Cake Company in 1999. Mich’s creations have graced the tables of Her Majesty the Queen, Madonna, Pierce Brosnan, Paul McCartney, Cheryl Cole and David Beckham. It’s no wonder that Vogue, Tatler and Stella magazines regularly feature her delicious designs. Mich has also been a consultant to numerous TV shows, including Heston Blumenthal’ Feast, Rachel Allen Bake, Kirstie’s Homemade Home and of course her own series, Couture Cakes. She is also the judge on Britain’s Best Bakery for ITV, which returned for a second series this year.
