Ilya Fisher

Ilya lives in London but her taste buds are in China, especially with the hot fragrant food of Sichuan. She loves it all from sumptuous aubergine and creative tofu vegetarian dishes through to the more unusual tastes and textures of braised beef tendons and chicken feet.
