i own a joinery company (freedom joinery) making anything from wood, eg. doors, windows, stairs, conservatories, fitted furniture etc. i used to hate cooking for years, but now i LOVE it. i can often be found in the kitchen making cakes, and other goodies to devour (often by myself). i try most things from meals to puddings to cakes and lately i am trying my hand at breadmaking, which is proving to be a challenge but i will get there in the end.
