Leith's Cooking School-trained chef Esther Brunning has published her first cookbook `Esther's Best', 40% of which will focus on entirely gluten-free recipes. The cookbook features unpretentious, simple, yet mouth watering recipes which are a perfect reflection of Esther's cooking. The collection of recipes have been collected and refined by Esther for her, and her husband Richard's clientele at their restaurant in Mistley on the Stour Estuary in Essex. "I want the book to inspire people to cook - to try new recipes and genuinely enliven their culinary experience. The book has been styled on our restaurant, which is a hub in the local community - one of the reasons we've created the book is so our customers can create our food in their own homes."
