We speak to top Indian chef Vivek Singh about his amazing style of cooking, his restaurant, and his favourite kitchen gadget

Vivek Singh is the Executive chef and CEO of The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen in London. He is widely regarded as one of the top flight Indian chefs working in the UK today (Which is all the more interesting as his father wanted him to be an engineer). 

In this exclusive interview he tells us about his style of cooking, which he describes as evolved modern indian cuisine, as well as the special feeling he still gets when he walks into his restaurants. He also shares a few top tips for cooks at home on how to care for your spices, and finally lets us in on what is his favourite piece of kitchen equipment.
