Kim-Joy made it to the final of The Great British Baking Show in 2018, thanks to her incredible Kawaī bakes, including monster-shaped meringues and madeleines decorated to look like napping cats.

Paul and Prue loved Kim-Joy's whimsical baking style, which all had flavor to match. Since her time on the show, she's released a series of successful cookbooks and even a graphic novel, continuing to share her creative confections with her almost half a million Instagram followers.
