Alaska: Wild Scoops, Anchorage

Wild Scoops in Anchorage regularly creates new, inventive flavors in its test kitchen, much to the delight of its loyal customers. California: Smitten Ice Cream, San Francisco

Your chosen ice cream is made right before your eyes at Smitten Ice Cream – in 90 seconds flat. It's all thanks to the Brrr machine, invented by parlor founder Robyn Sue. Montana: Big Dipper Ice Cream, Missoula
