Liberty Burger is a small family-owned chain that originated in Texas and has just one location in Wyoming. The bright, inviting interior speaks to the chain's values of quality and community, and the burgers – well, they speak for themselves.

The beef is from single-herd Dallas stock, and the fresh patties are a blend of tenderloin, chuck, and brisket. However, you can swap out the patties for bison or Impossible Meat, if you like.
