Since opening at the end of 2022, Rober has won several awards as well as rave reviews from customers, who say it's the best fine dining restaurant they've ever visited. With a stylish interior featuring high-backed leather booths and chandeliers, Rober's menu is just as impressive, with standout dishes including melt-in-the-mouth braised short rib with burrata and Parmesan and perfectly cooked scallops.
