Charming Tex-Mex restaurant Merry Piglets serves a burrito that customers say is up there with the best they’ve had. The range of fillings varies, though the signature is the Tex-Mex burrito, packed to bursting with Mexican rice, red onion, and your choice of chicken or steak, then topped with crumbly Oaxaca cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and a choice of sauce from green chili to house-made queso.
