In a state where fried chicken shops are relatively scarce, your best bet is to head to Bodega in Jackson Hole. Parked outside the gourmet grocery and wine shop of the same name, this food truck serves seriously tasty fried chicken. Its triple-fried chicken sandwich gets a lot of praise from diners, who adore both the tender chicken and the spicy Mexican sauce that goes with it. What's more, you can enjoy your chicken with the gorgeous Teton mountain views in the background.
