'Buffalo Bill' Cody and named after his daughter, the hotel features a famous cherrywood bar, a gift from Queen Victoria herself. Today, just as when it first opened, The Irma is a lively social hub, serving classic American favorites such as steaks, burgers, seafood, and hearty chicken pot pies.
