You can share The Delmonico, a hefty bone-in rib-eye, but at market price for two people, the signature dish still isn’t quite the most expensive main course on this popular restaurant's menu. That honor goes to the king cut prime rib for an eye-watering $80. All dishes come with soup or salad and a side, at least. The restaurant was founded in 2007 by local chef Pete Franklin and continues to be a South Dakotan mainstay.
