For this board, you'll need some meringue cups, a selection of fruit and a bowl of freshly whipped cream. Want to whip your cream ahead of time? Add a teaspoon of unflavored gelatine to a teaspoon of cold water, and let it stand for a few minutes. Microwave the mixture for a few seconds until it turns into a liquid (but ensure it isn’t too hot), then add it to your cream as you whip it. This will keep your cream fresh for up to two days.
