In this recipe, chicken thighs are cooked in barbecue sauce for succulent, sweet, spicy meat, then served in buns with chipotle mayonnaise and avocado. It's as fuss-free as it gets; the chicken is made in a slow cooker, so you can forget about it while you get ready for the gang to arrive. Don't have a slow cooker? No problem. Just cook the thighs on the hob on a low heat for around an hour.
