Chef Chris Massad, previously of San Francisco's Akiko's, Pabu, and Nobu, brings contemporary Japanese cuisine to this highly regarded Jackson restaurant. Not only is the setting beautiful, with stunning interiors and a delightful rooftop area with amazing views, the food is incredible too. For an unforgettable experience, diners recommend you sit at the sushi bar and order the Crypto Sushi Roll with king crab tempura and avocado, topped with seared wagyu and crispy potato.
