This is a tasty, easy traybake with enough wow factor for entertaining. Tender chicken breasts are spread with a cream cheese, Taleggio, and pesto mix, then topped with paprika-dusted breadcrumbs and baked in the oven alongside sweet cherry tomatoes. If you can't find Taleggio (a washed-rind, fruity, mild cheese from Italy), use Camembert or brie instead.
