This vegetarian pithivier – a round, enclosed pie made with puff pastry – is packed with a bounty of beautiful seasonal flavors, including chestnuts, clementines, dried fruits and aromatic herbs. This dish requires plenty of attention to detail, and does take a little time to prepare, but the end result is more than worth it. It'll look particularly pretty on your table, and works well with all the usual Christmas trimmings.
