It’s one of few street vendors to earn a star and serves up dishes that are simple, delicious and made with passion. Visitors can expect noodles cooked to order with an array of ingredients like dried fish and tender pork liver, and dishes have a typically low price tag. Unsurprisingly, there's almost always a queue.
