Run by the same family (now in its fourth generation), the restaurant serves up its signature hamburger sandwich the same way as it always has. At Louis' Lunch, a patty that's made from a special, hand-rolled blend of five cuts of meat is sandwiched between slices of white bread and topped with nothing but cheese, tomato, and onion.
