Clean Slate Wine Bar is a gorgeous spot in the SoCal town of Solvang, which is known for its Danish-style architecture and wineries. The menu changes daily, but you can expect excellent small plates like Cajun shrimp with remoulade sauce, ratatouille flatbreads, and mouthwatering charcuterie. Customers can't get enough of the homey outdoor setting and the incredibly knowledgeable waitstaff.
