Started cake making three years ago when a shop scarpered with our money and our cake for our parents Diamond Wedding so made one myself got asked by family and then friends to make theirs, ehtere a competition with Virgin Media and won had a dinner part fully catered for and the food cooked by the wonderful Marianne Lund and a cake made and presented personally by the great Eric Lanlard, have just made TOWIE star Amy Childs 21st Birthday cake (as photographed in OK Mag 26th JUne so not doing too bad - really should get some lessons!
