During the day, Amy is a camera and photography writer for a technology website. Most of the rest of the time she's taking photos, baking cakes, reading magazines or wondering what next to tackle in the kitchen. Her love of all things culinary only really happened when she got her very own kitchen in 2009 so she's still a relative beginner. Amy is a big lover of food photography, and, believe it or not, can spend anything up to 2 hours photographing a single cake.
