Sunflower chocolate smoothie recipe

Sunflower chocolate smoothie recipe

Sunflower seed butter is a fabulous substitute for any butter spread, as it’s nut free, peanut free, and gluten free, making it a great solution for those on the Paleo diet who want to have a nut-free creamy spread and for those with allergies to such ingredients.

Sunflower seed butter is a great nutritional source of fiber, zinc, iron, magnesium, and vitamin E, all of which help lower blood pressure and protect your body against damaging free radicals that cause chronic diseases.

Ninety percent of the fats found in sunflower seed butter are unsaturated fats, which are healthy fats that help lower cholesterol and help fight against inflammation. Sunflower seed butter gives a creamy consistency to smoothies, making them so rich that it’ll feel as if you’re drinking a milkshake. This chocolate dream smoothie is a must-try!
